The 250 foot private pier has overhead lighting as well as green lights so you can fish anytime you would like! There is a fish cleaning station, plus a bench and chairs at the end of the pier for your convenience. There is even an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy toes after a day of fun at the beach. Inside your welcomed by serene seaside inspired decor and elegant furnishings. The home has a split level design. Upstairs you have open concept living, dining, and kitchen with room for everyone to gather and mingle. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a built in beer and wine fridge, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. The gorgeous dining table has seating for six and there are also seven barstools that serve as extra seating at the huge breakfast bar.
