There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 should be supervised at all times. Hot Tub controls: - Please use the control panel located by the lattice wall to the left of the tub near the fire pit. - Press and hold the TEMP key for 2 seconds. Release all keys The display will flash the current selected temperature. - Using the TEMP and TIME keys (UP and DOWN arrows) scroll to the desired temperature. - Press the SET key to lock in the new selection. - When your spa session is complete, press the SET key to return the system to its original program. Fire and Safety Precautions: - Smoking is not allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. Trash Rules: - Trash & recycle bins are held within the wooden casings on the left and right-hand side of the property. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home’s thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Fire and Safety Precautions: - Smoking is NOT allowed. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property’s condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Please do not bring any grills or outdoor fire hazards at property. Fees may apply for damages. -- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. Trash Rules: - Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins. - The City of Austin waste collection is on Tuesdays for this property. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home’s thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
