You will receive a unique door code for your stay that enters directly into the hallway of the bedrooms. Upon entering, you can hang your coats or bags in the foyer. The home has been completely renovated with new flooring, light fixtures, quartz counters, recessed farm sink, ultraviolet water filtration systems, and much more. Standard occupancy is 8, but we can sleep in comfortable beds up to 12 people with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 full-size, and 2 single bunk beds. Our living area is wide open to our remodeled kitchen and is adorned with a wall of windows to allow in natural sunlight. The kitchen is spacious and grand. Each room has unique decor and the bathrooms and storage are very accommodating. As nice as the interior is, you will want to spend time outside at this lakeside gem. There are 7 acres of Texas hill country, although for safety reasons part of the property is fenced off for your protection. It is 3-5 minute walk down to the boat dock and as low as the lake has been, there is the potential that the boat dock is unusable. We try to update when that is the case but feel free to check with our team prior to booking or your stay for the latest information. The deck has enough dining seating to accommodate 14 people and there is both a hot tub and a swim spa on the deck as well. We adorn the outside with string lights but it is just as enjoyable to turn them down or off with the dimmer so that you can see the wide open Texas sky too! You can bring your dog with you (Pet fees apply) and we have a built in doggy door to a part of the yard that is only usable by Fido! How cool is that? Want to rent a boat or some jet skis? Located on the San Gabriel River (yep, kayaks included!) the backyard is something to be envied and sure to be enjoyed... large oak trees, ample outdoor seating & dining, a large playset, tree swing, hammocks, and plenty of space to run around... pictures cannot capture its vastness or amazing detail and amenities! The outdoor space is simply incredible, but the inside won’t disappoint either! The kitchen is fully-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are plush, and there is plenty of space to spread out yet still feel together. Enjoy the provided kayaks, bicycles & scooters, board games, kids’ books, outdoor playset, or relax on any of the provided outdoor furniture and enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping that coffee or sweet tea. The San Gabriel River Trail for great walking and biking is only 400 feet (1-minute walk) away as well!! Rain or shine, it’s guaranteed to be a good time! Georgetown is a historic town where you can capture that "small-town feeling" while still having access to great shops, larger restaurants with delicious food, and tons of festivals year-round! The kitchen boasts a large island where everyone can gather and offers everything you need to whip up a great-tasting meal or bake some goodies! With items like a Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, Vitamix Blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, toaster, cooking essentials, cookie sheets, baking pans, and more, you will have everything you need but the ingredients! There is also plenty of seating around the dining table, island, and the adorable kiddo table (the crayons and chalkboard are a huge hit, too!) The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, bedrooms 2,3, and the shared full-sized hall bathroom are located in a hallway with a pocket door you can easily shut for added privacy! Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, sound machines, and alarm clocks with USB ports for easily charging your devices. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, TV, a desk for remote working, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has another king-sized bed while bedroom 3 holds a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds! The full shared bath holds a combo tub/ shower, which makes it easy to bathe any kiddos on your trip! The 4th bedroom is located off of the kitchen (full bed) and has its own TV as well.
