This spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath home is nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood and can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. This beautiful home is great for families with children/pets or a group of friends needing a break from the day-to-day hustle. You will feel at home from the time you walk through the door at Our Happy Place! There is plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room on the large comfortable sectional sofa for a fun game or movie night. For the chef in the group the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal or just a few snacks to enjoy. Each bedroom is sure to provide a restful night’s sleep; the cozy master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 is a great place for kids or adults with its twin over full bunk bed. Smart TV’s are provided in the living room, master bedroom and bedrooms two and four and High speed internet is also available. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer during their stay. Spend your time at Louise Hays Park which is only 2.7 miles away or take a day trip to the wineries in Fredericksburg. Then after a long day of exploring the Hill Country come relax in the large fenced backyard where the kids can run around or have fun on the playscape. Everyone will love relaxing around the firepit so don’t forget to pick up the supplies for making S’mores.
