Pet Policy: - 2 pets are allowed for an additional $100 fee per pet. - Please clean up after your pet/s. Fees may apply. Pool Policy: - Supervise children at all times. Do not leave children unattended on the property or near/on the water. - No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - Please, no glass in the pool area. Fees may apply. - Please place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool after each use. - For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Fire and Safety Precautions: - Smoking is NOT allowed. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property’s condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from using candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home’s thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. We wanted to let you know as well that our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
