This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly.
