Boone and Appalachian State, as well as Johnson City TN, are all about 50 minutes away. Enter the front door and you’ll immediately see the gorgeous views through the large windows along the open concept great room. To the right is a beautiful kitchen with Cafe stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, Flexbrew coffee for grounds or k-cups, and granite countertops. The island seats four, and the dining table comfortably seats up to 14. Tongue and groove ceilings house the built in Sonos speakers for the 75" tv over the gas log fireplace. Leather sofas and chairs give you a place to sit and relax. On the main level are two Master King suites. To the left is a master king with deck access. The tiled shower is zero-entry for accessibility with an overhead rain shower plus a handheld wand and grab bars. There is also a large soaking tub and double granite vanity. To the left, near the garage entrance, is the second Master King, also with deck access.
