Guest will have access to the whole property interior and exterior. The surrounding area is the Ball Camp area one of Knoxville’s popular residential neighborhoods, safe for families and friends’ getaways. The area is rural but also growing in development. Grocery, gas stations, shopping and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. Parking at this location is well covered. You will have your own private driveway and parking area as well as a covered car port. The location of the property is just minutes from Ball Camp Pike which is one of main roads that will take you to the main highway Oak Ridge Highway or Middlebrook Pike. Guest will have no problem getting around the Ball Camp Area by car.
