Because they were introduced for this issue, the Park Service does not allow us to spray specifically for ladybugs. They are harmless and don’t pose a threat to people or pets. We have our cleaners vacuum them at each checkout, but they may reappear during your stay. The best option is to simply vacuum or sweep them up. Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
