You’ll likely have views of snow-capped mountains, even if there is no snow on the ground at the resort. However, when snow or ice falls, or temps dip below freezing, issues can arise. While the resort does a great job at plowing & salting, we can not guarantee access won’t be impacted. We also can not guarantee that pipes will not freeze or power won’t be affected. ☀ How many pets are allowed and is there a fee? ➜ Per HOA policy, pets are not allowed. If you choose to ignore this and bring a pet, you are subject to being fined by the HOA.
