The Story Behind The Name
Our home Beagle’s Rest was named after our sweet beagle Hunter. He loved coming to explore the mountains so much that when we chose to build our home, we knew we had to honor him. As of Summer 2024, Hunter is no longer with us in person but his sweet spirit lives on, and we hope you fall in love with the mountains and feel his sense of adventure just as much as he did. Nestled in a serene natural setting, this stunning property offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and entertainment for guests of all ages. As you approach the vacation rental, you’ll be captivated by its charming exterior, featuring a mix of modern and rustic elements that seamlessly blend into the natural surroundings. The house boasts multiple decks on the backside, providing plenty of space for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. In the winter, a seasonal view of the sunsets will open up! Guests are given access to the attached two-car garage, plus there is a large, flat parking area in front.
Upon entering the home, you’ll step into a bright and open living area with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The main level is designed for convenience and comfort. The open-concept living area on the main level is inviting with plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large island with bar seating, makes meal preparation a breeze. A dining area with a table for communal meals is adjacent to the kitchen. On this level, you’ll find a luxurious king suite, a spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, heated floors and direct access to the deck for a morning coffee or evening stargazing.
Heading upstairs to the upper level, you’ll discover two queen suites, each thoughtfully designed for relaxation and privacy. These suites feature comfortable queen-sized beds, private bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. Guests staying on this level can also enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
The lower level of the vacation rental is a haven of entertainment and recreation. Here, you’ll find a bunk room designed with kids (and the young at heart) in mind. It features three sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a playful decor theme. The game room is an entertainment paradise with a air hockey, shuffleboard, arcade, board games, and a seating area for movies or TV.
Step outside onto the lower deck, and you’ll discover a relaxing hot tub with seating for everyone. Unwind in the bubbling waters while taking in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Throughout the home, you’ll find modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and cooling, a laundry room, and ample parking.
Whether you’re looking to relax in the king suite, enjoy the company of friends and family in the living area, cook out on the Rectec Bullseye Deluxe pellet grill (bring your own pellets), or have a blast in the game room and hot tub, Beagle’s Rest offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable vacation. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
Additional Notes:
.-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- There is an amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
-Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
