"This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located on the 16th fairway of the Harbor Town Golf Course in Sea Pines with views of the 16th green, 17th tee box, and the Calibogue Sound. In the front of the home, there is a private courtyard that leads to the front door entrance. Walking through the French doors you will notice the nautical themed living area just down the hall. The living area consists of the dining room with seating for six, breakfast table with seating for four, and living room with wet bar, TV, and panoramic views of the golf course.
