MAXIMUM CARS: A maximum of 2 cars is permitted at this property. There is no
parking on grass or medians. The Driveway is a shared Driveway and you can not
park on the side.

ENHANCED CLEANING, DISINFECTION AND SANITIZATION: Ensuring the safety and
well-being of our guests is our utmost priority. Our properties undergo
thorough cleaning and sanitization performed by professionally trained and
equipped in-house staff, offering enhanced security, quality, and
accountability. We do not rely on third-party cleaning companies. Following
CDC housekeeping protocols, we utilize approved disinfectants and personal
protective equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, and undergo
stringent hygiene and sanitization measures, providing you with a secure and
pristine space exclusively for you and your family. Our linens and towels are
laundered and sanitized at our commercial laundry facility. For comprehensive

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in
the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the
Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation
Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is
re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental
deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total
reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement
without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are
considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an
agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner,
for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-
rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is
transferred to the new reservation.
