This property is located in Leesville, SC in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood with a lovely pool, dock and kayaks and loads of driveway parking. We have a very generous deck for enjoying the views, as well as seating available by the pool and dockside! ★ 1 King + 1 Queen + 1 Full + 4 Twins ★ 3 Full bathrooms ★ SmartTV in living room & bedrooms ★ Pool in the backyard ★ Fast wifi ★ 1 Boat spot at dock The interior of the house was renovated from top to bottom in early 2021 and is the perfect spot for families looking to unwind. The décor and furnishings were carefully chosen by the homeowners and are comfy and casual with a relaxing undertone. This is a loved and cared for family home that we hope offers you many fun times, happy memories, and warm moments of togetherness for you and your group! The front entry foyer opens to the great room where the brand new kitchen, dining and living areas a located with French doors leading out to the back deck and pool area. The living room sofa pulls out to a full size bed and a full bathroom with spacious stand-up shower are located off of the main floor hallway, adjacent to a door leading directly to the back pool deck. A laundry room and the stairs leading up to two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the second level is also located off of the main hallway and entry foyer. The primary bedroom suite is on the main level of the home with a king bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, and spacious 6-piece bathroom including a freestanding soaking tub, separate glass shower, double sink vanity, and custom tile work throughout. The first of two upstairs guest rooms has a queen size bed, television, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is truly for the children or the young at heart and has a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is a closet and dresser for storage and views out to the lake and pool deck. The spacious upstairs bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo with custom tile work throughout. The pool is 30+ years old and the plaster is not as milky white as it once was, but this is due to age, not lack of cleanliness. The pool filter system is lower flow/pressure than you may be used to but it is maintained on a weekly basis by a professional pool company. Please do not touch the pool equipment during your stay, let us know if you have a question about the system prior to making any adjustments. You will be responsible for using the pool brush and skimmer to clean any debris that may accumulate during your stay. This pool is outside and we cannot help if any bugs or fallen leaves happen to fall into the pool between the cleaning and your arrival time. We do our best to ensure everyone enjoys their time at the #LakeshoreLodgeSC and are more than happy to address any issues you may have during your stay. The home is located in Leesville, SC in a beautiful family-friendly neighborhood. Leesville is a quiet slow moving town about 30-40 minutes from downtown Columbia, SC. Car is the dominant mode of transportation unless you plan to travel in by boat! Plan to rent a car if you are flying in, Leesville does not have regularly have Uber of Lyft drivers available. Better Boating in Leesville is the closest boat rental business to the home. You may use the private dock, the owner keeps their pontoon parked at the dock but it is not for your use during your stay. You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details! Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request. We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

It is equipped with a Samsung SmartTV where you may log into your personal streaming apps and accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. French doors in the living room lead to the enclosed sunroom. This space has a conversation set with a loveseat, coffee table, and two side chairs along with a tall table that can be used for cocktails or remote work with two seats overlooking the lake. Another set of French doors lead to the outdoor patio space with multiple tiers of entertaining space leading towards the water and dock. The second floor loft showcases chalet-style windows and presents a stunning view of the lake. This space can be used in many different ways; to relax in the provided rocking chair, lay out a yoga mat to meditate, or to escape the rest of the group and watch TV. Kids will love this as a “Sleepover” space! Just unzip the 3 bean bags and pull out the foam mattresses! Bonus that the two primary bedrooms are on this same floor, so parents can stay “tuned in”! The guest house is located at the front of the driveway as you drive onto the property. The garage space itself is not accessible to guests. The single-room studio-style Guest House above the garage has two full sized beds as well as a full sized bathroom with stand-up shower. The Guest House also has a kitchenette area with a sink and mini refrigerator. The Guest House is not attached to the Main House and is set back towards the road, making it a very private and quiet retreat. (A great space for older teens!). This area does not have wifi. The backyard is the perfect place to make lots of memories with your family. There are 3 tiers of decking with plenty of resort-style outdoor furniture, allowing for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view and abundant wildlife, even while on dry ground. There is an outdoor fireplace, lounge furniture, a dining set, conversation set, and a charcoal grill (BYO charcoal) for guest use. The dock that leads right out onto Lake Murray where you may rent a boat from a local rental shop or use the swim ladder to take a dip with your family. You may also bring your own boat and launch right from the backyard if you so desire. No pets allowed. The owner uses the home regularly and has severe allergies. Please plan on leaving your pets at home if making a reservation here, no exceptions. We do not allow parties or gatherings above the listed maximum guest occupancy of 10 people. This is to prevent conflict or disruption to our neighbors and so we do not overtax the water and septic system. Please follow quiet hours, especially outdoors between 9PM-8AM every day of the week. Our neighbors deserve the right to peace and privacy at their homes and property as well, please do not trespass onto their property. Only respectful and courteous guests allowed. We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
