Our condo is right next to the gate for easy beach access, and a 4- minute walk to Folly Field Beach (on Trip Advisor’s Hilton Head top 10 list). We have a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella, ice packs, travel mugs--everything you need for a day at the beach! On site there are two pools, 7 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, hot tub, gym, and more. We call it ’The Nest’ because our balcony looks into the tree line and also because HHI is home to an average of 150 endangered sea turtle nests every year. We love the space because it is top floor (no one above us!), the kitchen is clean and functional for those nights when you just don’t feel like dining out, and there are enough beds and sofa beds to fit 7 should a guest show up for a night. An in-unit washer and dryer is perfect for quick loads of laundry during an extended holiday and a wet bar accommodates your coffee needs and has a wine fridge for your beer, wine, and water.
