This beautiful home offers spacious 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, located right next to the Marina and minutes away from the golf course! This home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4-5, plus 2 additional bar seats at the kitchen bar. Off of the kitchen there is a small patio with seating for 2 overlooking the marina. Off of the living room there is another patio with gorgeous views of the expansive marsh and waterways. There is a half bath located downstairs. Upstairs you will find two identical master suites. They both have King size beds, vaulted ceilings, ample closet space and en suite bathrooms with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku streaming devices. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but the garage is not available for guest use. This home is located in the Marina area of Fripp Island. If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation.
