By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area. Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10am - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. - For safety and sanitation reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool. - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. - Parking in the driveway for 6-8 cars. Please note that street parking is not permitted—parking is available in the driveway only. - If you’re interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. - During periods of snow or ice, smaller vehicles may have difficulty accessing the property. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended during the winter months. -POOL IS CLOSED DURING WINTER. - The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler it may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
