PROPERTY LAYOUT: The front entrance to our property is located on the 3rd floor of the home. Straight up the stairs you’ll find the huge kitchen & living room, complete with a sweeping view of the city from the balcony. A half bath is located on this floor, off the kitchen. Heading back to the third floor, you’ll find three of the bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two bedrooms off the hallway share the full hall bath. The back bedroom has large windows with city views, along with a large attached bathroom, featuring a jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. Taking the stairs down to the second floor, you’ll find another 1/2 bath, and the fourth bedroom, which also features a large, private balcony. The laundry room is located in this bedroom as well. Off the kitchen hallway is a small outdoor patio. Up to the third floor, at the top of the stairs is the shared full bathroom. From front to back you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed + desk along, with the attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom features a queen bed. The back bedroom features a king bed as well, and can be accessed through either the middle bedroom, or a separate set of stairs behind the kitchen. There are two sinks in the “common area” with a pocket door separating the tub/shower/toilet area. ➤ Also on the 2nd floor, there is a large family/game/tv room. The room features a large comfortable “cloud” sofa (it’s actually called that)! There is a 75” HD 4K TV. ➤ Additionally, we have a Peloton and mini workout area for our workout-inclined guests. There is also a table with up to 6 chairs for activities & games. Off the family room, there is a large outdoor rooftop deck with sweeping city views & two seating areas. Third Floor: ➤ Capping off the house, the 3rd floor features 2 more bedrooms and a laundry closet. ➤ The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed, desk/vanity area & spacious closet with plenty of hangers. ➤ The laundry space has a large capacity, front load, stackable washer, and dryer. There is also a steamer, ironing board & iron. Finally on the top floor is the master suite. ➤ The large comfortable, stylish room has a king-sized bed, two nightstands, 2 bedside lamps, a sitting space, a 65” high definition flat-screen TV. ➤ Off the bedroom to one side is a large outdoor terrace with more stunning city views. There are two outdoor love seats, a coffee table, a hightop table & two barstools for your use to enjoy the view. ➤ To the other side is a dream “California Closet” with more than enough hanging, shelf, and drawer space for you to feel at home during your stay. ➤ The cherry on top of the master suite is the opulent master bathroom.
