Towards the back you will find the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and TV room. Up the next flight of stairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features two full-size beds. The other two bedrooms feature two queen-size beds. There is also a full-size daybed in a large access hallway on this floor as well. On the next level are two bedrooms. Towards the back of the house is the "kids" room. Two sets of bunk beds, each with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on the top. In the front you have the primary suite, which has features a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soak tub, double vanity, and large shower enclosure. Going up to the next floor is the roof deck, with sweeping city and water views. This is the perfect place to watch 4th of July and NYE fireworks. In the basement is the fully indoor, heated private pool. -Dogs are welcome for a pet fee of $50 per pet per night to cover additional cleaning. The invoice will be sent after booking. My home is a 15-minute walk to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Hospitality, University City, Rittenhouse Square, Graduate Hospital and Center City. Going to catch a game or concert? A short Uber or subway ride will take you right to the stadiums. Attached to the property is an awesome grocery store, Heirloom Market. There is another local grocer less than 100 yards away, South Square Market.
