I am the owner and live in the bottom unit year-round. My home is a 15-minute walk to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Hospitality, University City, Rittenhouse Square, Graduate Hospital and Center City. Going to catch a game or concert? A short Uber or subway ride will take you right to the stadiums. Attached to the property is an awesome grocery store, Heirloom Market. There is another local grocer less than 100 yards away, South Square Market.
