Stay at Salt and Stone and enjoy a serene, light-filled townhome located in Bays Edge Townhomes in Waldport. Decorated in soft whites, creams, and light blues, the home has a fresh, airy feel that pairs beautifully with its bayfront setting. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, up to ten guests can settle in comfortably and enjoy time together while still having space to spread out.
The second-floor living space is open and inviting, with high ceilings and large windows that maximize natural light and help frame the surrounding views. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beautiful waterfall island, a large farmhouse sink, and plenty of room for preparing meals, gathering for snacks, or lingering over coffee before heading out for the day. Just beyond, the dining area and living room create an easy place to connect, with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a large TV for movies or game day. Step out onto the deck to take in views of the Alsea Bay Bridge and the town of Waldport, a setting that gives the home an unmistakable sense of place.
With four bedrooms spread across multiple levels, Salt and Stone offers a layout that works especially well for families and groups. The third floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own TV and heat and air conditioning. The primary bedroom features a king bed, views toward the Alsea Bay Bridge, and an ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are located down the hall, along with a full shared bath and a conveniently placed washer and dryer. On the main entry level, past the garage game space, guests will find a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bath. This room also has direct access to the backyard hot tub area, creating a comfortable retreat for guests who want a little extra privacy. Two twin futons in the living room provide additional sleeping space.
One of the biggest highlights of Salt and Stone is how easy it is to enjoy both the bay and town from this location. Bay access is just steps away, making it simple to spend the day kayaking, crabbing, clamming, or watching for harbor seals, river otters, and coastal birdlife. Just across from the complex, guests can also enjoy a round of mini golf at The Bonsai Course for a fun and easy outing close to home. The home is also close to Waldport’s local shops, dining, and everyday essentials, so guests can enjoy the convenience of a walkable stay in a small Oregon coast town. When you’re ready to explore farther, Newport is just about 20 min north for even more restaurants, attractions, and waterfront adventures.

By booking with Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro, guests agree to the guidelines below to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay
• Portoro Rental Agreement + Identity Registration: All guests staying at one of our Portoro homes are required to complete identity registration and sign a rental agreement via e-signature. Non-compliance may result in sizable fines.
• Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25+.
• Arrival Support + House Manual + 24/7 Support: Upon arrival, Portoro aims to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and understanding of guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. If you have any questions, please reach out to Portoro, our team is available 24/7.
• Directions + Check-In Details: Before check-in, Portoro will send all check-in details, detailed directions, and a digital guest guide for the home by email and text to help ensure a seamless arrival.
• Check-In / Check-Out (Early/Late Requests): Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, and a fee typically applies. When approved, fees apply for times outside a one-hour window of standard check-in/check-out. If you need significant flexibility, the best option is to book an additional night.
• Parking Restrictions: Boats, campers, RVs, trailers, and similar vehicles are not allowed in condo complexes. In addition, certain areas of the Oregon Coast have city restrictions on parking for these vehicle types. If you need parking for boats, campers, RVs, trailers, or similar vehicles, please contact Guest Experience for nearby storage locations or any property-specific options.
• Local Taxes (Including Extended Stays): Both the local jurisdiction (City of Lincoln City / City of Depoe Bay / City of Newport / City of Waldport / Lincoln County) and the State of Oregon require hotel/vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the city/county requires 12%. For stays over 29 days, please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
• Animals/Pets, Dogs Only (Guidelines + Fee): Dogs are allowed only in designated “Pet-Friendly” Portoro listings and must be disclosed prior to arrival. Maximum 2 dogs per stay. A $150 fee per dog applies. Unauthorized dogs will incur a $150/day per dog fee and may result in cancellation and required departure. Portoro follows ADA guidelines, and any additional community or HOA rules may apply.
• No Smoking: This is a no smoking property. Penalty fees apply for violations, and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of Portoro.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am. These hours reflect local residential and regional expectations, please keep noise low and be mindful of neighbors.
• Report Damages: Any known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
• Security: Some Portoro properties have exterior-only cameras for monitoring.
• Local or Property Water Features: Some Portoro properties may have pools, hot tubs, or other nearby water features. There is no guard around water features, use at your own risk.
• BBQs/Grills, No Personal Units: Personal BBQs/grills (including charcoal, propane, electric, or portable units) are not permitted on the property. Please use only the grills provided for guest use, if available.
• No Feeding Seagulls / Wildlife: Feeding seagulls (or any wildlife) is strictly prohibited at all properties to avoid damage to decks, balconies, and patios, as bird droppings are highly acidic and corrosive. In condo complexes, the HOA may issue fines for violations. Additional cleaning, sanitation, and remediation fees may apply (at the discretion of Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro and/or the HOA).
• Wildlife + Pests: You may see local wildlife during your stay (seagulls, deer, rabbits, raccoons, etc.). Please note: On the Oregon Coast, it’s important to keep the home and outdoor areas free of food and trash, secure all garbage in the provided bins and never leave food outside. For homes that include/offer BBQs, please bring all food items inside and scrape grills clean after use to avoid attracting wildlife. The home is regularly treated for pests, but because we’re in a coastal environment, it’s not unusual for an occasional insect to make an appearance.
