When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. Boats, campers, RV’s, etc. cannot be parked onsite. • Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only. • Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk. • Hot tubs: If your property offers a private hot tub, access is available for guest use year-round. The hot tub is professionally maintained and checked weekly and/or between each guest stay. Any guest issues or concerns must be reported during the stay immediately with reasonable response time allowed for resolution. If Guest prevents staff access and/or declines assistance, or reports issue after departure, Guest agrees no compensation applies nor may any further action be taken by the Guest (or 3rd party channel site). Guest agrees to fee if misuse of the hot tub. • Stays over 29 days, please inquire separately for terms and conditions. • Hotel tax collection: Both Lincoln County and the State of Oregon requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the county requires 12%. • This is a No Pets property and animals of any kind are strictly prohibited by the HOA. Guest acknowledges Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro is not responsible for any issues or disputes with this posted policy regardless of any paperwork provided/filed or any other policies provided by the Guest. Absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed in the home, kept in vehicles, on back patio decks, in any common areas, or on the premises at any time. Any guests found with an animal on the premises, will be required to vacate without refund and will be subject to fines. • This is a No Smoking/Vaping property. Same Day Arrival Booking Requests: We are typically unable to accommodate bookings made on the day of arrival. Should the system permit the booking, a reservation representative will review the reservation and call you to address the issue and a full refund will be offered due to the system issue/error.
