This wonderful retreat is centrally located in the heart of Newberg. Sitting just five blocks south of downtown you are a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms, and entertainment. With three bedrooms and two baths it is perfect for a family or contractors working in the area for 30+ days. Upon entering you are greeted with an entry area that opens up onto the living room and a connected kitchen and dining area. There is brand new décor and furnishings throughout and each piece has been curated to provide a fantastic blend of style and comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked for you culinary desires. Through the kitchen and towards the back of the house you will find the primary bedroom with the attached en-suite bathroom. There is also door that leads to the backyard. The other two bedrooms are in the front of the house. One of the room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a fenced in yard with a BBQ as well for your grilling needs. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. Upon entering this 1911 craftsman you will find countless updates and upgrades throughout while still retaining that century old charm. The main level consists of a warm and cozy living area that can be opened or closed off to the adjoining dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary creations.
