Descending downstairs, you’ll find the lower-level lounge and media area. This cozy and quite room is where the group can sit back and relax while streaming your favorite shows. There are two additional spacious bedrooms with king beds on the lower level as well. They share the second full bathroom. You will also find the washer and dryer on this level if needed. One of the most special parts of this home is the backyard oasis. A new hot tub has been installed allowing you to soak your troubles away while enjoying the sights and sounds of this riverside paradise. The main living and dining area is connected, with ample seating. Connected on two sides the living and dining rooms, the main kitchen area and a nook provides even more seating. Up just seven steps is the upper part of the split-level home that boasts all four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with closets and room to spread out. There is a shared full bath just at the top of the stairs. On the other end you will find the master bedroom with a new king bed, a seating area, and a full bathroom adjacent to it.
