Thank you! - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - For the security of our guests and property, 4 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one on the back patio, one on the putting green, one on the front entry & one on the north side and one on the south side of the house. No interior cameras are present. - Parking is available for 8 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed. - We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee. - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
