The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our property is also equipped with:

- $450 refundable security deposit, or
- $45 nonrefundable damage waiver

The $45 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

We will report these concerns to the building management on your behalf; however, we do not have control over the timing of any repairs or the decision-making process regarding these facilities.
