The next morning you’ll wake from a great night of sleep on the luxurious beds to views of a stunning sunrise over the lake ready to do it all again. The historic Landmark Lakehouse, formerly an old shop back in the day, has been tastefully restored into a spacious and modern lakeside retreat perfect for your large family or group getaway. With four large bedrooms and spacious kitchen and living spaces you will all have more than enough room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy your lake escape. The highlight is definitely our outdoor patio and private dock! We do offer a few kayaks for you to use during your stay. This is the ideal spot for those looking to enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery around Portage Lakes! It’s all yours! There are lots of great restaurants and bars within a 5-10 minute walk! NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee. NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review. LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property.
