You’ll be about 20 minutes from Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University, making this a great fit for medical visits, university travel, relocations, or extended stays. Shopping, restaurants, and Cleveland attractions are also within easy reach. ✶ THE VIBE ✶ Easy, comfortable, and made for groups. Some guests will be in the hot tub, some in the kitchen, some watching the game, and some already asleep in a king bed. That’s exactly how a great group stay should feel. The entire house and backyard is yours and yours alone! The driveway has parking for plenty of cars, but we ask you to keep it down to 5 or less. If you have more please let us know. Very little public transport close by. **Early Check in & Late Check out: Given the house is so large and takes a while to get prepared, if there is a guest staying the night before we are unlikely to be able to accommodate early check ins. The dining room flows into the fully-equipped kitchen featuring double ovens, a dishwasher, and beautiful views of the backyard. Off the kitchen, you’ll stroll into the family room with a cozy recliner and TV watching standard cable or streaming your favorite content. The other side of the house features the half bathroom, a queen a bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Access to the full bathroom can be entered through the bedroom or the hallway. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, windows to view the beautiful nature outside and reading lights at the bedside. Enclosed in glass, the all-seasons back room is the highlight of the house. Featuring a game table and cozy sitting area with a sofa and chairs for lounging, you’ll be at peace and one with nature. The back room opens up to the beautiful stone patio with a dining area (seating for 4). Following the gravel path, you’ll be led to the fire pit with seating for 4 and the gazebo with a lounge seating inside. There is a wrap around driveway with space for up to 5 cars and a car port to cover 1 car. The laundry units are free to use and in the basement. There is a keyless entry. Guests are given a code within 72 hours of checking in. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. They also have access to 5 parking spaces in the driveway and the laundry machines in basement. Neighboring houses are closeby. Please be respectful of neighboring property. Please note that the garage is accessed through the basement, but parking in the garage is not available. It’s best to have a car to where you’re going. Whether it’s through a ride-share service or your own car (we have free driveway parking for up to 5 cars), a car is the easiest method of transportation. There is a bus stop at the end of our street, an 8 minute walk, but it is definitely easiest to have a car. -There is no bath tub here. There is one step to get into the shower. -No garage parking is permitted. -Unfortunately, we do not rent to local guests due to the threat of parties. Local guest reservations will be declined. -No pets are permitted at the property. -No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc. Any violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review. PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed. GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture. The finished basement is made for fun, featuring a game room with a ping pong/air hockey table, a cozy couch with TV, and plenty of board games. Laundry is also available for guest use. With classic pieces and contemporary touches, this apartment is cozy, yet modern, making it a great space to stay! Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, and grocery stores are within walking distance of the apartment. It’s just 10 mins from the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, and all the cultural treasures of University Circle. This two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the second floor unit of a 3-unit house. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 6. The family room has a large comfy couch and smart TV. Off of the family room is a private balcony. You will love the large 65" inch Roku TV in the living room! One of the bedrooms also has a TV where you can enjoy your shows in privacy. The entire apartment is yours, including your private balcony. You also have access to the FREE washer and dryer located in the basement that is shared with other guests. There is also one parking spot available for this unit. Cedar-Lee District is a 5 min walk, there is an RTA route that passes by on Cedar Ave nearby. Uber/Lyft are also useful if you do not have your own car. This apartment is on the second floor unit of a 3-unit house. Other long-term or short-term guests may be present in the other apartments of the house. You will need to climb stairs to get to this unit. Parking -- One off street parking space is provided behind the house for MIDSIZED VEHICLES ONLY! Oversized vehicles such as SUVs will not fit in the driveway. Street parking is FREE. However, you must submit your vehicle information to the city if parking on the street overnight (3:00 am to 6:00 am). It is an easy process and we provide you with the link to do so. Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee.
