This is a rental of exclusive access to a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family home in an amazing location in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus Ohio. There is one bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, as well as an open kitchen and dinning room. There is also a living room on the main level. Upstairs there are 3 more large bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. Also enjoy a fenced back yard, and deck when the weather is nice. We also have a 2-car garage for parking! Our garage includes an electric vehicle charger! Guests will have access to our whole 4 bedroom home, back yard, and garage. You can WALK to loads of great dinning and night life within minutes from our door! Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. The Worthington has a beautiful, newly renovated open kitchen and living room that is perfect for making dinner and catching up on a show. The townhouse includes central air to keep you cool and a washer/dryer on the main level. Spread out in 3 large bedrooms and 2 &1/2 bathrooms! Enjoy 1 off-street parking spot, steps from your apartment door. Parking is easy to find and your spot is just steps from your front door! Upon entry you will find a bright inviting space for your group to relax and unwind. Our living room has a smart TV, and is a good spot to work or relax. Our kitchen is stocked for preparing a meal, and you will find laundry and a half bathroom all on the main level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed. The bathroom is beautiful! A walk in shower with all new tile awaits you! Downstairs you will find a suite with a queen bed, and full bathroom with walk-in shower as well. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
