Our property overlooks the beautiful Goodale Park, as well as the Columbus skyline. Walkable to local favorites such as Marcella’s, The Pearl, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, and so much more. This is a prime location in the heart of the city for nightlife, weekend getaways, business, and conventions! Close to downtown, Short North, The Greater Columbus Convention Center, wedding venues, The Ohio State University, and highways. This listing is to reserve both apartments of a duplex property! On the ground level you will find a historic and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit designed for a rejuvenating stay. This apartment is on the first level of our duplex, and is overlooking the amazing Goodale Park. Enjoy an open grass area, along with skyline views of downtown Columbus! Upstairs is The Goodale Overlook, which is a spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath unit with great views of the Park. This unit is on the second and third level. The 2nd floor space has a kitchen, bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living room that over looks the park. Up on the 3rd level is a spacious en-suite bedroom with large bathroom. The Franklinton Farmhouse is an amazing short-term rental in Columbus! This house is was designed to be a perfect stay for guests and groups for their time in Columbus. This massive house has 3 bedrooms with 1 bed each, a spare futon couch, and a large 4th bedroom on the third floor has 2 beds and 1 futon couch. Also enjoy 2.5 bathrooms, and a huge living room/kitchen! The Worthington has a beautiful, newly renovated open kitchen and living room that is perfect for making dinner and catching up on a show. The townhouse includes central air to keep you cool and a washer/dryer on the main level. Spread out in 3 large bedrooms and 2 &1/2 bathrooms! Enjoy 1 off-street parking spot, steps from your apartment door. Parking is easy to find and your spot is just steps from your front door! Upon entry you will find a bright inviting space for your group to relax and unwind. Our living room has a smart TV, and is a good spot to work or relax. Our kitchen is stocked for preparing a meal, and you will find laundry and a half bathroom all on the main level. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed. The bathroom is beautiful! A walk in shower with all new tile awaits you! Downstairs you will find a suite with a queen bed, and full bathroom with walk-in shower as well. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions.
