With 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and 3 full bathrooms (including 1 handicap accessible bedroom and bath.) Plenty of space for the whole crew! Pet friendly! First floor features a handicap accessible Queen bed. There is the only bedroom on the first floor, all others (4 bedrooms) are located upstairs. There is a handicap ramp out front. Designed by a local designer, our home is curated to your comfort and enjoyment. Each bedroom has its own little theme.. The master is a nod to our beautiful parks system here in Northeast Ohio and features a king bed and pull out sofa bed plus an attached full bath with shower and separate tub. We have the Rock N Roll Room with cool memorabilia from the Home of Rock N Roll! We love our sports here in CLE and we show support for our Browns and Cavs in two separate bedrooms. And we had to show support for our wonderful theater district at Playhouse Square! There is one bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor that are both ADA compliant and we have a ramp going up the front of the house as well to avoid any steps. The dining space and living room and gorgeous and provide excellent spaces to enjoy meals together and some quality bonding time. The fully stocked kitchen will have everything you could need while here, from coffee and tea to pots and pans to make your favorite meals. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required) All guests must choose one of the following options through our secure Hospitality Guest Portal after booking: $400 refundable security deposit, or $40 nonrefundable damage waiver This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets: 1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night 8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
