The drive to the cabin is gravel and may require 4‐wheel drive during any significant snowfall. There are no refunds due to inclement weather - Hunting: Absolutely NO hunting of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property - Fireworks/Firearms/Guns: Absolutely NO shooting fireworks, firearms or guns on the property - Campfires: Campfires are permitted ONLY in the fire ring provided. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 🔥 Grill Use: If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges. 👟 Shoes off inside: Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt.
