With breathtaking ocean views from every floor and the front porch, as well as views of the Intracoastal waterway from the back of the house, the scenery will not disappoint! 334 By The Shore has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (each with granite and tile), and has a reversed floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find a sitting area with a Smart TV, as well as four bedrooms all with Queen-sized beds and all with their own en-suite bathroom. The next floor up is where the beautiful master bedroom with a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom is located, as well as the living room which has custom built-ins, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. On this same floor is where the kitchen is located, which boasts custom cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances. Also on this floor is a half bath and the dining room with seating up to 6 at the table and 3 at the island. Please note the fireplace is decorative only! Climb up a wrought iron spiral staircase to a third-floor loft that showcases unbelievable ocean views where you will find another sitting area equipped with a Twin-sized day bed. This home also features an outdoor shower, a vinyl fenced-in backyard, over 1,200 SF of covered porches, and hardwood floors throughout. The public beach access is located just 25 feet from the house making it a very quick and easy commute to get to the white sandy beaches of Holden Beach! The home is also equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart to pull everything to the sand! This is the perfect home for your family or multi-family beach getaway! Kitchen amenities include: a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot This Pool is NOT heated, however the spa is heated with a control panel and there is no charge to heat the spa. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. When you arrive to this home your first instinct will be to run up the inviting ramp to see the ocean and beach just steps away and breathe deeply that fresh salt air, but as you turn around many surprises await you. The first is the shimmering inviting pool, complete with lots of seating and pool toys. Then you will notice the 4 different deck areas on which to relax and enjoy the amazing views Inside you’ll be greeted by a large comfortable living area with a smart tv, an assortment of beach reads and lots of games. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table and an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals The conversation easily flows from the kitchen to the living area. If you’re a grind your own beans coffee drinker, there’s a grinder and a pot to brew them in. Nothing like the smell of freshly ground beans brewing to wake everyone up! There’s even a second living area with a view of the backyard which has a great table to dine, work the provided puzzles or play games you’ll also find on the shelf. In the fenced in back yard, you will discover the large sparkling pool inviting you to jump right in along with the provided pool floats. Many enjoyable memories are sure to made in the backyard pool. With lounging camp chairs, you’ll be hoping for a pool boy to bring you refreshing beverages.
