No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows. One camera is pointing towards the driveway, one camera is a doorbell camera at the front door and the other camera is outside top floor pointing down at the ground. - Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST - There is level, paved parking for up to 4-5 small/medium vehicles. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. -UTV Rentals: Available exclusively through Appalachian UTV. Rentals can be booked online. Rental pickups are located at the Meadows Pool. NOTE: Guests may not bring UTV’s, ATV’s or Dirt bikes to BRMC during their visit. Only UTV’s available for rent from Appalachian UTV are permitted. - Please note that the distances shown on VRBO’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations. Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back.
