A kayak and water toys are included in the rental, but guests are also invited to bring their own boats to dock at the house. The owner’s motorboat is docked at the house, though we kindly ask that this remain off limits to guests. The heart of the Main House is a bright and appealing open plan space that includes the modern kitchen, with its miles of granite countertops, two sinks, two dishwashers, and a breakfast bar; a lounge with comfy sectional that faces an elegant stone fireplace; and another seating area around the media center, for relaxed cable TV and movie viewing.
