Bedroom 3, which is the loft on the third floor, has twin bunk beds and two queen beds. Downstairs on the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with a queen sleeper, full kitchen, wood fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Tv/vcr/DvD, phone, and WiFi available. The High Speed WiFi makes this property a great choice for those who work remotely! The unit is non-smoking. Pets under 100 lbs. allowed with an accompanying non-refundable pet fee of $125, due at check-in. This adorable cabin is located in town on High Street, which means you are close to everything in town. The front porch welcomes you with a large and inviting adobe fireplace. Imagine sitting on the front porch either in the morning or evening talking about the day’s adventures while roasting a marshmallow or two by the means of this enchanting fireplace! Upon walking into your cabin you will see that there is a cozy open-floor plan. The living room has a comfy couch, ottoman, electric fireplace and Tv for your relaxing pleasure. Adjacent to the living room is your fully equipped kitchen. Not only does it have everything you need to make a meal, it has a margarita machine and ice maker! How cool is that? The open floor- plan has a wall-bar that has seating for two. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and Tv in the room. You will notice that both bedrooms have stylish barn doors that go well with the decor. The second bedroom has 1 full-size bed and Murphy twin bunk beds. So if you need extra space and don’t need the extra beds, simply fold them up and you are good to go. If you feel like grilling, this cabin has an electric grill, so no need to worry about propane or charcoal. Upon looking around at the decor you may have figured out why the owners call this cabin Red & Blue For You. If you haven’t figured it out yet, then we are happy to tell you that the owners are a fireman and police officer. How cool is that! This property has enough room for trailer parking, but for only one trailer, so feel free to bring your ROVs and hit the trails! Welcome to The Bunkhouse! The house is located in a quiet part of Red River located just minutes from the ski area and a nice walk from Main Street. This home has beds for eight – great for a group of skiers/snowboarders or families looking for a place with access to a variety of activities throughout the year. Street Level The Bunkhouse has a large heated garage, perfect for storing skis/snowboards in the winter and ATVs in the summer. And the driveway allows for a trailer to be parked off the street! The Main Level The inviting living area and well-equipped kitchen provide a comfortable area for family and friends to gather for meals or a game night. There is a 40” flat-screen TV available for that quiet evening in, as well as an assortment of games and movies. Kitchen has a standard coffee maker. Has WiFi. This level has two bedrooms (one king, one queen) with quality mattresses – each room offers its own charm. In addition, there are two bathrooms (one tub/shower and one walk-in shower) and washer/dryer. Whether cool weather or warm, the deck across the front of the house offers another great place to gather – for a meal prepared on the gas grill or simply to visit. The Loft The Bunkhouse is topped off with an area that provides beds for four more (one king, two twins) and floor space for sleeping-bag sleeping. A second TV is available in the loft (32”) for early-morning, late-evening viewing. Kid Friendly A Pack ‘n Play, high chair and stepping stool are offered for the littler guests to The Bunkhouse. Sleds hang in the garage waiting to take the younger visitors on great rides. This property has a total of 1728 square feet.
