Listing Transit: The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well. Listing Notes: PARKING: Our garage can accommodate one vehicle and the space in front of the garage can accommodate another car for a total of 2 dedicated spaces. Parking passes are provided enabling you to park up to two additional vehicles on the street 24/7 free of charge. TVs: There are TV’s in [insert TV locations} i.e every bedroom, living room areas and the game room. All of our TV’s are Smart TV’s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable. MULIT UNIT BLDG: There are a total of two residential units in our building, and one commercial unit on the ground floor. There is a shared entry door with the other residential unit in the building. You’ll have the whole condo to yourself. All spaces and amenities are private and separate from the other unit. STAIRS: Approx. 10-12 stairs required to access the 1st floor living space/bedrooms, an additional 10-12 stairs required to access the 2nd floor bedroom HVAC: There is a central heating and cooling system, the thermostat is located on the main floor adjacent to the staircase to the second floor. Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
