House Rules
🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is allowed only in the backyard.
🎉 No Parties – Violations result in removal and fines.
📜 This is a licensed short-term rental. All guests must follow city ordinances.
1️⃣ No parties of any kind.
2️⃣ No fireworks on or around the property.
3️⃣ No disturbing noises between 10 PM and 8 AM.
4️⃣ No street parking. Maximum of six vehicles on-site.
5️⃣ Do not disturb neighbors in any way.
🐶 Pets are allowed with prior approval and fee. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation and a $1,000 fine.
🚨 Violations can lead to immediate eviction and reporting to the booking platform.
🎥 Security cameras: 4 in the front yard and 2 in the backyard (exterior only).

Property Maintenance:
Our pool technician and landscaper visit the property on a regular scheduled basis to ensure everything is well maintained and in top condition.
