We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. THE POOL & HOT TUB The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain. PRIVATE BEACH Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry, camera 2 is located on the garage facing the garage, camera 3 is located on the driveway facing the driveway, and camera 4 is located on the front steps facing the front entry.. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - NOTE: The basement level of the home is not available to guests. It is not occupied by anyone else - NOTE: No jumping or diving off the dock. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty - NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June
