Our 2 story condo lives like a single family home as it comes with multiple outdoor spaces, a sprawling floor plan, wonderful natural light, sleeping accommodations for 8 and parking for 2 cars. There is a seasonal community pool that is right next to the Kalamazoo Lake and it is easily within walking distance of both the charming towns of Saugatuck and Douglas, MI. Welcome to our spacious 2 story "condo" that affronts Kalamazoo Lake in Saugatuck of Allegan County, Michigan. If you are looking for spectacular views, modern appliances and furnishings and all in a laid back location, you have found the place! The living spaces are all on the first floor and this includes spectacular views outdoors to the landscaped courtyard, community pool and of the lake. There is a foyer with a mud room and a half bath. The kitchen is decked out in stainless steel appliances including a gas range and a large kitchen island with informal dining options. We recently added a murphy bed to the first floor that is inside a white cabinet. The family room takes advantage of the views outdoors with large windows and sliding doors to the first floor porch. There is a gas fired fireplace for the our cooler season months. The back porch features a small gas grill and a seating area with a sofa, 2 chairs and a table. The upper level offers 3 bedrooms and the main bedroom faces the back of the condo and features a King bed and a wonderful en suite bathroom. Enjoy the in room coffee bar! There is a large deck off of this bedroom that offers expansive lake and sunset views! This deck contains a 4 top dining set and 2 additional chairs. We suspect you’ll spend many hours outdoors while on vacation here! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wonderful warm, natural lighting and the second full sized bathroom is just across the hall and the laundry room is located on the second floor as well. The third bedroom is great for kids with it’s bunk bed, each mattress is twin size. Please see the floor plans in the photo carousel to get a better idea of how the condo is laid out. The condo association has a community pool available to use from Memorial Day to Labor day and each condo has parking for 2 cars.
