The dining area is positioned next to a large window as is the height adjustable work station. The large smart TV makes for great movie viewing. The main bedroom has a sunrise facing slider and a new luxury king bed. The closet has vintage wallpaper (that is a sure-fire crowd pleaser). The second bedroom has a new luxury queen bed. 2 Full bathrooms on the main level. One with shower and tub, one with walk-in shower. On the lower level, there is a half bath and two trundle beds. Also on the lower level is a ping pong table and a TV area for gaming, and a game table for 4. There is a garage available for storing your bike, kayak, paddleboard or any other toys you bring along. There is also paved parking for a boat trailer with easy access. The deck is set up for viewing the scenery along with outdoor dining for six. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
