The home sits on State St. but you will have 3 parking spots dedicated for your use in the back alley. There is no Central AC in the 3rd floor. Only fans. All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit. You have full access to the property. You are the only ones on the property during your stay. Lawn care or snow removal does take place as needed. This place is beautiful. It has been wonderfully constructed and filled with details that will make you feel like you are staying at home. Both bedrooms have an attached full bath.
