This beautifully renovated two bedroom, dog friendly, apartment is truly exceptional with its amazing layout. The open concept kitchen/living area comes with a pullout sofa and private deck right off the kitchen! The spiral staircase leads you downstairs to the ground level bedrooms (with natural light.) Each bedroom boasts a queen size bed, and there is a spacious bathroom with a glass walk in shower. 10 Fair Street is a four unit building located right off Historic Thames Street. Unit Four is located on the first and ground floor. This unit is truly one of a kind. As you walk in through the rear of the building, you enter on your private deck into a large great room. The living area boasts a TV, chair and a pull out sofa, and opens directly into the fully stocked kitchen, and dining room table which can seat six. There is a half bath on this floor as well. Down the spiral staircase you enter into another large living room with two lounge chairs and a loveseat. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a large bathroom with a glass walk in shower. There is off street parking for one car, but another spot is available depending on occupancy.
