This unit is on the 3rd floor and is in a building that does not have an elevator. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit. Please note that this building was built in 1920 and has limited insulation causing noise to sometimes pass easily through the units. This can come from neighboring units as well as noise from the street. There is a noise machine in each bedroom as well as earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep. The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours, speed limit on the road is 30MPH. The amount of noise you may encounter can very depending on the road traffic, and how respectful neighbors are during your stay.
