While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring. These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience! PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Property Manager proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee. All gas fireplaces are seasonal and available for use from October 1 to April 1. PRICE STRUCTURE: Two Hearthstones is a multi-split-level home. The price structure is the rate for two people, with a master bedroom and bathroom on its split floor (all other bedrooms will remain locked). For three to four guests, we will unlock bedroom two and a bathroom on the upper split floor. Bedroom two contains another sleeping area with a trundle bed, separated by a curtain. For five or more guests, we will unlock bedroom three on the lowest level with a fireplace. A futon is located on the upper level in the loft POOL: Open Late May-Early September ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance/driveway as well as the back. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio.
