These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience! It takes just 10 minutes to get to the Wayside Cottage from Nashville. It’s easy to get here, there, and everywhere. Less than five minutes away are Bill Monroe Music Park and Brown County Dragway; the entertainment options are endless. Want to enjoy a day on the lake? Lake Lemon is less than 10 miles away, so bring your boat over; there is plenty of room to park it at the cottage in the circular drive.
