BATHROOMS There are three bedrooms in this home. All of the bedrooms share a full-size bathroom which is located in the hallway. We provide towels and extra consumable toiletries for you to use during your stay. There is also a half bathroom located in the basement. BEDROOMS The first bedroom features a king-size mattress and a large flat-screen TV. There is also plenty of storage space in this room if you wish to unpack during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It also has its own flat-screen TV and plenty of storage and closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for kids because it features a twin-size set of bunk beds. This room does not have a TV, but it does have storage space for your items. BASEMENT The downstairs features a rec room with a foosball table, large flat-screen TV, and access to the pool area. It also has a half bathroom and a workstation if you are traveling for work. The garage is accessible from this level, too. LAUNDRY ROOM If you wish to do laundry during your stay, we have a laundry room in the basement that houses a full-size washer and dryer. We provide all of the laundry supplies you will need- including an iron and ironing board. BACKYARD The backyard is the perfect area to hang out in during the warmer months. The tiered deck space has a grill and plenty of seating. There is a large table and lounge chairs around the pool. If you don’t feel like swimming, take advantage of the large green space beside the pool. POOL Be sure to pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, and extra beach towels if you plan to swim during your stay. Please be advised: there is no lifeguard on duty during your stay. Please swim responsibly and do not allow children to utilize the backyard or swim without an adult present.
