There is a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and Sonos speakers throughout the house. There is access to a deck with a table and chairs, and a gas grill. The fully stocked kitchen has a gas stove, and the dining table seats 4 (expandable to 6). The bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. This bedroom has access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower. On the lower level, you will find the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. This room offers access to a deck equipped with outdoor furniture. The ensuite bath has two sinks, a vanity, and a shower with two shower heads, as well as heated floors. The third bedroom is a small room with a twin-size bed (no closet or dresser). Parking is available for two cars, but no garage access. This condo has a great fenced yard. Please note that snowplow service may be done very early in the morning. One dog under 25 lbs is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.
