THE MARINA The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome. THE POOL & HOT TUB The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain. PRIVATE BEACH Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. Our staff can also assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of your day. AL FRESCO DINING AREAS We have al fresco dining areas complete with grills and seating so you can enjoy a lovely meal with family and friends while taking in the amazing views. Each residence has an open floorplan and private balconies overlooking the lake. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer. This 2-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in guest bedroom, and 1 set of twin bunk beds in the laundry room off the kitchen. There are two full bathrooms, with the master bathroom being private. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
