The apt is on the 1st floor of a 2 story duplex so you WILL hear other occupants upstairs. Thus if you are a light sleeper this unit may not be a good fit for you. It also shares backyard, front porch, and laundry room with the upper unit. Guests have use of the full space - to include a fully appointed high end kitchen, 3 bedrooms (king, non-master bedroom with 2 "hotel style" queen beds, and a day bed in a bedroom adjacent to the non-master bedroom), living room, front porch, and backyard. Laundry room in the back of this unit may be shared with the upper unit for longer term guests staying in 2nd floor unit. Guests have access to the full 1st story of the duplex.
